One ERP connector provides the required integration between your ERP or accounting platform and FLOW.
All our current ECommerce connectors are freely available and we focus on supporting the major ECommerce portals. If an eCommerce-platform is not already supported, or you require a custom connector, then such a connector will be made available.
Our project plan contains requirements in regards to the hardware and network infrastructure. Customer to supply hardware, i.e. laptop, scale(s), camera(s), barcode scanners & printers. Implementation is dependent on each customer's site and the site requirements. On average, site implementation is approximately 2 weeks. Our online project management tool communicates clearly on deliverables and manages the expectations during commissioning and future support. Training is on a "train-the-trainer"-basis.
A Service Level Agreement (SLA) is optional but can be made available if required.
